The Crescent Canyon Facility was a research facility established decades before the Galactic War by the Czerka Corporation to explore mining opportunities on the planet Hoth. Constructed atop the Crescent Canyon Mesa, the facility included a monitoring station, research station, laboratory, and additional facilities. It was eventually abandoned by Czerka but occupied by Ortolan colonists, and was later conquered by the Sith Empire.
