Cranial nodular worms were a type of parasitic worm that could infest the craniums of the domesticated creatures known as happabores, which could be found on planets across the Western Reaches. If a happabore was infested with the parasite, it could be treated with Galacti-Stok product Happy-Bore Medicated Dewormer, which contained Trestibinexocycline 5-Gamma, thlank oil, greel-root acid, and forage products. Instructions for the slurry formulation of the product suggested use of the dewormer on cranial nodular worms and, while living on the desert planet Jakku, the scavenger Rey found a copy of these instructions.[1] She[2] then included them alongside information about happabores on Jakku in a survival guide that she compiled[1] by 34 ABY.[3]
Behind the scenes
Cranial nodular worms were mentioned in Rey's Survival Guide, a 2015 replica journal written by Jason Fry.[1]
