The Cranan system was a star system in the Arkanis sector controlled by the Mining Guild.
Behin the scenes
Daniel Wallace identified the Cranan system as the system where Han Solo fought off pirates who attacked Jabba's ship on page 100 of the The Hutt Gambit.[4]
