The Council of Elders was a religious institution of the Elders of the Path faith. Members of the council, such as Tromak, held the title of Elder. The council possessed sacred knowledge which was forbidden to be revealed to outsiders, such as the locations of the two pieces of an ancient relic the Elders of the Path had hidden away long ago.[1]
