The Coruscant Patrol was a patrol organization that shared its name with the Core Worlds planet Coruscant. The organization was active during the High Republic Era and had a number of starfighter cadets. At some point, Jedi Padawan Reath Silas met some of the Coruscant Patrol's cadets and felt that they spoke with an aura of firm conviction. While on a mission to the ancient Amaxine Space Station[1] in 232 BBY,[2] Silas met the young Nihil Nan—who had been previously disguised as a refugee. As Nan told him details about her life and how she was proud to be a Nihil, the Jedi reflected that the sureness in her voice was comparative to some Coruscant Patrol starfighter cadets he had encountered, as well as some other Padawans.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Coruscant Patrol was mentioned in the 2021 young-adult novel The High Republic: Into the Dark, written by Claudia Gray as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase I.[3]
