Cortosis mine (Dinzo)

Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Galactic Empire maintained a secret cortosis mine on the Mid Rim planet of Dinzo. Some time during the early rebellion against the Empire, the guerrilla fighter Tonk and his crew blew the mine up, against the advice of Rebel agent Hera Syndulla, who thought the raw cortosis could be useful to her cause.^[2]
