During the height of his power, the Sith Lord Tulak Hord conquered the entire Dromund system with his army of dark side warriors. He also used a series of artifacts in a ritual of Sith magic. Hord's conquest of the Dromund system was considered by Imperial historians to have set the stage for Dromund Kaas to be the capital of the reconstituted Sith Empire.
