Commissioner of the Coruscant Constabulary was the title of the commander of the Coruscant Security Force during the later years of the Galactic Empire's control of Coruscant and after the New Republic captured the planet.
After the New Republic captured Coruscant from the Empire in 7 ABY, the New Republic Provisional Council believed that former Moff Fliry Vorru wanted the position. However, they quickly decided against it and Vorru also declined to accept the position.
