The Cobral Overlord was a criminal leader who lived on the moon Rori during the Galactic Civil War. The Overlord ruled the Neo-Cobral,[1] a criminal organization formed from the remnants of the Cobral, a gang of smugglers and black market dealers who once controlled the planet Frego.[2] The Cobral Overlord sought for the domination of Rori by the Neo-Cobrals.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Cobral Overlord was mentioned in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online role-playing game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[3] The Cobral Overlord was mentioned during a conversation with a herald non-player character (NPC) and wad described as a unique individual leading the Neo-Cobrals. However, the rank of overlord was widely used among Neo-Cobrals in the game, as any other Neo-Cobral titles, since numerous "Neo-Cobral overlords" randomly spawned in Neo-Cobral camps, in the same fashion than other Neo-Cobral NPCs (Neo-Cobral bosses, Neo-Cobral bandits, Neo-Cobral runners...).[4]
