The Class Five infraction was a category of crime outlined[1] in the Imperial Legal Code[2] during the Imperial Era. It was the least severe of the five crime categories described in the penal code,[1] but could include severe punishments such as a six-month prison sentence which was handed out on Ringo Vinda for crashing into and defacing a statue of Galactic Emperor Palpatine.[3]
