- ―A Circling intercepts bowlcarrier Trevik
The Circling ring of the[1] Unknown Regions[2] planet Quethold's Red City was a wide ring formed by the homes of the Circling of the Red—the city's Queen of the Red's advisers and breeders.[1] In 8 ABY,[3] the Quesoth bowlcarrier Trevik, who held a bowl of nectar for the Queen of the Red, left the Queen's Palace to go home. While walking to his residence, he visited the Circling ring, and noted that the sky was blue. A Circling intercepted him and brought him to a Midli—the caste which oversaw the Workers—residence.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Circling ring appeared in the 2011 novella Crisis of Faith, written by Timothy Zahn and published within the 20th Anniversary Edition of the 1991 novel Heir to the Empire, also written by Zahn.[1]
