Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A female individual was the mother of the Arkanian Jedi youngling Cippa Tarko. After Jedi Master Yaddle felt a disturbance in the Force whilst on Dalna, Tarko noticed Yaddle's reaction and asked her what was wrong. After Yaddle told the youngling she was all right, Tarko remarked that she had heard about these kind of situations, and noted her mom called them doddery moments, which Tarko took to mean Yaddle was a lot older than she had realized. Sometime later, during the Night of Sorrow, Tarko saw the Leveler, a creature which consumed the life from Force-sensitives, and she became overwhelmed by fear and had several Force visions, including one of her parents screaming in torment.[1]
