Cikartan was a Mandalorian and the owner of a tapcaf in the city of Keldabe, the capital of the planet Mandalore. Cikartan's tapcaf was in operation during the Second Galactic Civil War, and its patrons were acquainted with the Mandalorian soldier, Venku Skirata.[1]
