Chu was a Farakai who bonded with the Rodian Lok to become the gangster Chulok. The Farakai met the Rodian while serving Queen Sybil in the mines of the planet Metagos, and after becoming close allies, offered him a bond. As Chulok, they led an organization and held significant power in the city of New Xaxxis.^[1]
