Chloa was a human female who lived in the city of Tavuu on the planet Radhii at the time Emperor Palpatine was reported dead and the second Death Star was destroyed.[1]
She was a mother and wife of Gorlan Seba who was an expert guide of the Zoess, a large forest. Her husband was forced to lead a team of Imperials after Rebels who escaped imprisonment through the Zoess forest.[1]
