Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Chiss officer's long tunic was a variant of the Defense Fleet uniform. Unlike the standard Defense Fleet uniform, the tunic was loose-fitting, more elaborate, and less functional and was comparable to the robes of state. It was predominantly colored black, with swatches on the sleeves and upper shoulders in the color of one of the Ruling Families.[1]

In 22 ABY, the Chiss General Prard'ras'kleoni, core name "Drask," of the Chiss Defense Fleet wore a long black tunic with swatches of dusky red on the sleeves and upper shoulders. In the same year, the Chiss Captain Brast'alshi'barku, core name "Talshib," wore a similar outfit to General Drask but with green patches instead.[1]
