Chir Ugille was the author of the study Life under the Empire, Peace under the New Republic, which covered the topic of cultures that had been institutionalized under the reign of the Galactic Empire.[1] In 35 ABY,[2] the historian Beaumont Kin strongly recommended Ugille's study and called it groundbreaking in[1] his[3] own book The Rise and Fall of the Galactic Empire.[1]
