Chakrata

Chakrata were a species of near-Humans with glowing violet eyes and red skin which they would ceremonially scar and tattoo.

Behind the scenes

This species was revealed by Timothy Zahn while playing an RPG at Stellarcon 30, telling the onlookers that it was a race "that you haven't seen yet," apparently making it a species that will be introduced in an upcoming source.
