The central plain was located on the moon Toshara.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] conditions across the plain remained stable despite persistently strong and steady winds occurring over several days. During a broadcast of the Holonet News Toshara's wind report, reporter Botto Fna covered the plain's condition, but warned listeners that an ion front descending toward the city of Mirogana on the moon might cause the windflow on the plains to reverse.[1]
