Center One, also known as Center 1, was a reeducation facility constructed by Galactic Empire. Located on a planet, Center One was meant to detain political prisoners and realign their beliefs. The size of a city, the gargantuan facility was under construction—one of five total facilities being built[1]—by around 19 BBY[2] laid out in a way that was formulaic, designed for uniformity and coercion. Grand Vizier Mas Amedda showed Senator Mon Mothma the facility after Mothma's Imperial Rebirth Act, which attempted to limit the Empire's power, passed in the Imperial Senate. A short time later, Saw Gerrera's Partisans, namely the rebels Karama and Nankry, visited the planet and planted bombs at the construction site, destroying Center One. In response, the Empire framed the attack as being on a refueling station, using propaganda to further the narrative that Onderonian terrorists were an ongoing threat to the galaxy.[1]

(backup link) states that Edge of the Abyss takes place a year before the events of Andor Season 1, which are set in 5 BBY per the reasoning here. Therefore, the events of Edge of the Abyss must be set in 6 BBY, and the events of The Mask of Fear in 19 BBY.
