Biography
During the reign of the Galactic Empire, Celmack worked for the Imperial Security Bureau—one of the foremost intelligence agencies of the New Order—as an individual that reached the rank of colonel. In addition to his responsibilities to the Imperial state, the officer also harboured links to the socialite Cellia Moten, who named him as one of her various friends inside the administration. Over the course of their substantial association, Celmack was responsible for cajoling Cellia to provide monetary support for causes that the ISB itself sponsored, though when his name was unfamiliar to Agent Sendril Crane when the industrialist mentioned it to him[1] in 18 BBY.[2]
