Caz Ocean was located on the planet Lazerian IV. It was located predominantly in the planet's eastern hemisphere to the west of the continent Doxet and to the east of the continent Laz, and it extended as far as both poles of the planet. Alongside Dox Ocean opposite of it, it formed the waters that the native amphibious Akwin species knew as "Father Ocean." The city Dorynn and city-state Doxeti, which were on Laz and Doxet, respectively, bordered the coastal waters of Caz Ocean.[1]
Both oceans were collectively home to an abundance of marine life, including numerous aquatic creatures of which some were small, corals, and a large variety of aquatic plants. Both the Akwin and the native Human population, the Lazerians, relied on the marine life for food, with the latter partaking in fishing. They were also rich in minerals that blocked sensor scans, which hid the Akwin that resided in various city-states on the ocean floor.[1]
Behind the scenes
Caz Ocean was created by John Terra and introduced in Twin Stars of Kira, a 1993 supplement to West End Games' Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[1]
