The Caucus Chambers was a location on planet Jabiim that served as the seat of the Jabiim Congress. At one point, a Jabiimite Spokesbeing Alto Stratus made a speech to the Jabiim Congress that rebuffed appeals from the Galactic Republic during the last-hour negotiations spearheaded by the Alderaanian Diplomatic Corps in the Caucus Chambers. The speech was later recorded in a HoloNet News Core Edition report on the situation on Handooine and Jabiim.[1]
