Internet citations with custom archivedate and nolive flag

These pages use the archivedate= parameter in a citation template with a value other than the common value in the template's ArchiveAccess, but also use the nolive=1 parameter. If unique information is present on that particular archived version of the webpage, the nolive should be removed and the archivedate= parameter should be changed to oldversion=, otherwise the manual archivedate should be removed.
