The Castilon Run Cup was a sky race hosted on the[1] planet[3] Castilon. The race was made up of several one-on-one rounds that involved racing through sky rings while avoiding obstacles.[1]
While spying on First Order activity aboard the refueling station Colossus, Resistance member[3] Kazuda Xiono participated in the Castilon Run Cup[1] in 34 ABY,[2] Xiono piloted the Fireball,[1] which he borrowed from mechanic Jarek Yeager.[3] Xiono raced against memebrs of Ace Squadron,[1] a group of elite racers that defended the Colossus as well as raced for entertainment,[3]
Behind the scenes
The Castilon Run Cup appeared in the non-canonical video game Star Wars Resistance Racer,[1] which released June 20, 2019.[4] The game has the option to race as Xiono or Team Fireball mechanic Tamara Ryvora. This article assumes Xiono, who is the default choice, is correct. The game also allows you to customize the starship, this article assumes Xiono used the Fireball with no customizations.[1]
