The Cassadrean Matrix was an artifact in the collection of the Jedi Archives during the High Republic Era.[1] In 231 BBY,[2] it was one of a number of artifacts sent to the Valo Republic Fair for display in the Starlight Pavilion as part of the Secrets of the Jedi exhibit curated by Jedi archivist OrbaLin. After the opening of the fair, Jedi Master Stellan Gios escaped from a conversation with Delegate Retar of the Ardennian Guild of Technicians by asking OrbaLin to show him around the exhibit, suggesting that Retar would find the Cassadrean Matrix particularly interesting.[1]

Behind the scenes

The Cassadrean Matrix was mentioned in the 2021 novel The High Republic: The Rising Storm, written by Cavan Scott[1] for the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's Phase I.[3]
