The Capital Terminal was one of the oldest still-functioning spaceports on the Galactic Republic's capital world of Coruscant. Because of its woebegone nature and deep location, the port was often used by the Jedi Order as a means of covertly dispatching teams of Jedi out into the wider galaxy.
