Camooine was a terrestrial planet with three moons that occupied the third orbital position around the star Dina. It was located in the Dantooine system, a part of the Raioballo sector in the New Territories portion of the Outer Rim Territories. Along with the rest of its star system, Camooine was situated at the endpoint of the Myto's Arrow hyperspace route, which linked it to the Angor system, while the Veragi Trade Route connected it to the Ahakista and Sinsang systems.[1]

Camooine was mentioned in the 2009 reference book The Essential Atlas, authored by Daniel Wallace and Jason Fry, which placed it in grid square L-4.[1]
