The CX Dagger vessel[5] was used by Clone X troopers part of a deep undercover program within the Galactic Empire's Advanced Science Division[2] in around 18 BBY.[6] It was dagger-shaped and featured twin red-colored engines in the back. It could be remotely-controlled by a small remote built on the arms of the clone X troopers' armor, with features including providing a long-range communications boost to the assassins. It also possessed a special stealth function that jams the ship from sensors.[3]
The clone assassin CX-2 used a Dagger vessel to travel to the planet Teth on a mission to eliminate CX-1, a fellow clone assassin who had been captured by the Clone Underground.[2] During the skirmish on Wayland, Chief Scientist Doctor Royce Hemlock took CX-2's remote and spare RK-3 blaster to summon his CX Dagger vessel to take himself, Commander Scorch, and the captured clone Omega away from Tantiss Base, only for Omega's clone companions Hunter and Crosshair to destroy it before they killed the former two to save Omega.[7]

- ↑ Per the reasoning here, Season 2 of Star Wars: The Bad Batch takes place around 18 BBY. The tally marks made by Omega in The Bad Batch Season 3's first episode, "Confined," indicate the episode must take place at least twenty-one standard days following her capture as depicted in the Season 2 episode "Plan 99." According to
"Confined" Trivia Guide | Star Wars The Bad Batch on StarWars.com (backup link), Omega spends about 164 further days in captivity by the end of "Confined." As such, the events of Season 3 must begin around 18 BBY.
