CO-BA countermeasures was a type of defense system that could be installed on a starship to deflect incoming missles.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] an individual named Pillofa stashed CO-BA countermeasures in a locked crate on Renpalli Station in the Outer Rim's Toshaal system.

During 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess discovered the stash, took the countermeasure system, and installed it in her EML-850 light freighter Trailblazer.[1]

CO-BA countermeasures appeared in the 2024 video game, Star Wars Outlaws developed by Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft.[1]
