The CI-004 Incident was an event that occurred in 3627 BBY[2] on Onderon's largest moon, Dxun. A group of "overzealous" Trandoshans, hunting the wildlife on the moon for Jagannath points, attacked Czerka Interstellar's CI-004 Research Facility repeatedly, and successfully breached the compound on their fourth attempt. A strike team recaptured the facility soon after.[3]
