Bulsar was a Human who lived during the Galactic Civil War. One day, during a scheme orchestrated with his Falleen partner and his Quarren accomplice Netek to swindle Malrik, Bulsar was playing Sabacc when he was accused of cheating. Malrik, suspicious of foul play, ordered a search. Bulsar was then apprehended and restrained by crewmen. Later, in the ship's hold, Bulsar calmly counted credit chips on top of a crate, grumbling about the plan.[1]

Bulsar was first mentioned in Fly Casual, a 2015 roleplaying game sourcebook by Fantasy Flight Games.[1]
