The Breeding Cave was a cave located on the planet Dathomir.^[1] During the Galactic Civil War, the cave was inhabited by a giant gaping spider domesticated by the Dathomiri Witches of the Spiderclan as their Queen Mother.^[2]

The Breeding Cave was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,^[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.^[3] The Breeding Cave was added to the game with the "Witches of Dathomir Theme Park," introduced upon the release of the Game Update 19 on December 14, 2010.^[4]
