A Breathing sac was a type of anatomy that some species had in the galaxy.[1]

In the New Republic Era, a greasy pirate on Borgo Prime threaten to pop the pirate Vane's breathing sac for trying to take an Old Republic credit that they stole.[1]

Behind the scenes

Breathing sacs were first mentioned in "Way, Way Out Past the Barrier" the second episode of the television series Star Wars: Skeleton Crew which aired on December 2 2024.[1]
