Bralla Hemm was a Rebel Alliance personnel officer stationed onboard the Mon Calamari cruiser Liberty in the months leading up to the Battle of Endor. Hemm sent out a message seeking volunteers with military experience from among refugees from Kothlis on board Liberty.
