Bosk-toth was a minor Quara Aqualish crime lord. He worked from a base in Quantill City, on the planet Ando. Bosk-Toth illegally captured Andoan mineral-fish, selling the extracted sedrellium on the black market during the height of the Galactic Civil War.[1]
