Around 19 BBY,[3] the newly-formed Galactic Empire bombarded at least one city on Serenno, the homeworld of the late Separatist Head of State Count Dooku, reducing it to rubble.[2] Surviving Serennians, such as Romar Adell, took refuge in hiding in areas such as the upper forest region.[4]
