- "Welcome, oh, great queen, to my humble establishment. I invite you to taste a delicacy of our home planet. I present... a gorg!"
- ―Bolza Grool, to the Aeosian Queen
A gorg stall owned by the Klatooinian gorgmonger Bolza Grool was a small shop at the marketplace on the mobile aircraft refueling station Colossus on the ocean planet Castilon, where Grool made a living selling gorgs as food. Aurebesh signage was used to attract customers. It read "Most taste" – "Best flavor" – "guaranteed" and "Real good" – Fresh 4 you."[1] While the station was hiding over Celsor 3, the station ran low on food, and a jakoosk's remains were sold as meat, resulting in Bolza's old gorg signs being crossed out and advertising jakoosk meat instead.[3]
