Bolotaur Beach
The Bolotaur Beach was an area next to a river in the jungles of Kashyyyk. It was populated by many aggressive bolotaurs.[1]
Sometime after the Battle of Yavin, Doctor Farnsworth had set up a survey device in this area to collect data about the environment. When his survey devices stopped sending signals, Farnsworth asked a spacer to travel to the devices and download the data from the devices' memory banks.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Bolotaur Beach was a location in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] It was added to the game in the 2005 expansion pack Rage of the Wookiees. The name of the area was revealed during the quest Collecting Survey Data for Doctor Farnsworth.[1]
