The blue witch was a device developed by the InterGalactic Banking Clan's technicians. The device masked its owner from all electronic surveillance, including visual surveillance and the most sophisticated security holocams.[1] In 33 BBY,[2] Vesto Slipher, a Muun field analyst of the Banking Clan, used the device to hide himself from the Cog Hive Seven's surveillance.[1]
