Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The Blue Flame was a military symbol for outsiders in the Chiss society. A blue piping worn on their military uniforms, in contrast with Red Flame, reminded them that they could never be a Chiss. When Human Lieutenant Jagged Fel of the Syndic Mitth'raw'nuruodo training academy had been first issued a uniform with this symbol, he wrongly assumed it was a way of intergrating a Human with Chiss cadets, soon learning otherwise.[1] During the Yuuzhan Vong War, Colonel Jagged Fel would come to wear the Red Flame.[2]
