The Blade Master was a Krath war droid with arms containing retractable metal swords who led a group of other Krath war droids. The droids crashed centuries before the Battle of Yavin, on a planet inhabited by the technologically-primitive Numm, whom they terrorized until being reprogrammed by Han Solo and Chewbacca.
