Blackie was a male individual who lived in the city Tolea Biqua, on the planet Genarius in the Cularin system. During the time of the Clone Wars, Blackie recorded a monologue, in which he discussed Rufus Trammel, a crime lord who was leaving the Cularin system. He speculated that Trammel's departure would bring about changes in the Cularin system and claimed to have heard that Trammel's organization acted as a front for the Chevin slaver Phylus Mon.

Personality and traits

Blackie was street-smart and liked to carry large guns and large knives. He was not keen on grooming himself or taking a shower.
