Bio-Support Dispensers were a type of medical technology which was integrated into armor during the Clone Wars, and enhanced the effects of in-combat treatment of injuries sustained during battle. The system applied medication automatically when the wearer's vitals suffered. Bio-Support Dispensers included an internal bacta reservoir for sealing grievous injuries. The attachment was only able to be installed on fully enclosed suits of armor, such as clone trooper armor or heavy battle armor.[1]
Models of Bio-Support Dispensers included the Smartmed 1000 Integrated Systems, manufactured by Athakam Medtech, and the Biosteady Smartmonitor, manufactured by Arakyd Industries.[1]
