Billow was a male Neimoidian pirate. One of his stolen shipments has been intercepted by Poe Dameron. Billow caught up to him on Takodana, but Dameron defeated him with the help of BB-8. He piloted a V-wing starfighter.[1]

Behind the scenes

Billow first appeared in "Trouble on Takodana," a comic featured in the magazine LEGO Star Wars 55. In the German version of the comic, he is spelled "Bilow".[1]
