Biggs was a prince, as well as the son of King Kayos and Queen Breha of Aquilae. He had a brother, Windy, and a sister, Leia.

Biggs and Windy discovered that their sister Leia was preparing to leave the planet and informed their father about Leia's departure, urging him to say goodbye to her.
