Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

The father of Bertroff Hissa, a Grand Moff of the Galactic Empire, was a male of the Human species. He and his wife were former political agitators who had relocated on the uncharted planet of PL-40112-CE-021105 in search of a "simple and natural" lifestyle. He died during a conflict that opposed the inhabitants of his new homeworld and the Imperials against the Rozzum.[1]
