Bekkitet was a Quarren individual who served as a major in the Republic Defense Coalition aboard the Emissary-class Republic Cruiser Third Horizon during the Battle of Eriadu during the High Republic Era.^[1]

Behind the scenes

Bekkitet first appeared in the third issue of the 2025 comic series Star Wars: The High Republic – Fear of the Jedi, released as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's^[1] Phase III.^[3] The issue was written by Cavan Scott, illustrated by Marika Cresta, and published by Marvel Comics on April 30, 2025.^[4] Bekkitet is referred to as a Lieutenant Commander in The High Republic: Trials of the Jedi,^[2] but as a major in The High Republic – Fear of the Jedi 3.^[1]
