A female individual was the mother[1] of human male historian and Resistance member[2] Beaumont Kin. During Kin's involvement in the First Order's blockade of the planet Kashyyyk[1] in 34 ABY,[3] Kin claimed to Resistance pilot Daz Crano that[1] his[2] mother and father told him he was useless, which was why he refused to follow his promising future and instead join the Resistance in their war against the First Order.[1]

Behind the scenes

Beaumont Kin's mother was mentioned in the comic story "Ghosts of Kashyyyk, Part 1," published in the twenty-seventh issue of the 2017 anthology comic series Star Wars Adventures. The comic was written by John Barber and published by IDW Publishing[1] on October 30, 2019.[4]
