The Beachcombers were a group of smugglers active on Naboo during the Galactic Civil War. They were particularly active on the beaches around the city of Kaadara. During his career in the Royal Naboo Security Forces, Jonthol Mazoon arrested several Beachcombers, including their leader Phranis Bolgar. At some point after the death of Jonthol Mazoon, a spacer killed another Beachcomber leader, Lonnley Bolgar.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Beachcombers appeared in the 2003 video game Star Wars Galaxies, a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game developed by Sony Online Entertainment and published by LucasArts,[1] prior to its closure on December 15, 2011.[2] The Beachcombers were added to the game as part of the "Legacy Quest" with the release of the "Publish 25," a.k.a. the "New Game Enhancements," on November 15, 2005.[3]
